Refund policy

Hey, gorgeous! Welcome to our fabulous return policy. We're happy to help you with your return, but there are a few things you need to know.

First of all, our policy lasts for 15 days. After that, honey, we can't give you a refund. So, make sure you're not too fashionably late with your returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we cannot accept clothing that has been tried on.  And don't forget to keep that original packaging, honey. We know you love to keep things fabulous.

Now, let's talk about the restocking fee. It's 35%, but if you're returning shoes, it's 50%. We know those things can be expensive to ship, and we've got to keep our fabulous heels on the ground, right?

Refunds are issued as store credit with no expiration date, no exceptions. And if something is out of stock or on backorder, it's store credit only, honey. We want you to keep shopping with us, after all.

Unfortunately, some items can't be returned, like intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, lingerie, hosiery, makeup, breast forms, crossdressing masks, custom items, health and personal care items, latex products, and anything that's not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. So, make sure to read the fine print, hun.

To get your refund, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. And please don't send it back to the manufacturer. Once we get your return, we'll send you an email within 15 days to let you know if you're getting that store credit or not. You know we've got to keep things organized, darling.

Oh, and sale items? Sorry, hun, no refunds. Only regular priced items can get refunded. We've got to keep the lights on, you know.

We don't do exchanges unless it's for defective or damaged merchandise. And even then, you've got to let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. So, if you receive a faulty item, give us a holler, and we'll take care of it. But remember, we don't exchange for different sizes or colors. We want you to look fabulous, so make sure to check the sizing chart carefully before you click that buy button.

If your item is over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We've got to keep things safe and secure, you know.

And those discount codes? You've got to apply them during checkout. We can't do it for you after you've already bought it. We love a good deal too, but we've got to keep things fair, darling.

Last but not least, once you click that buy button, there's no going back. We can't cancel or alter your order, and if you gave us the wrong shipping address or refused deliveries, we're not responsible for that, honey. So please double-check before you finalize that order. We want you to have your fabulous items in your hands as soon as possible!
